We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with your order. Customers have 14 days from the date they receive their order to notify us that they wish to return or withdraw from their purchase. Returned goods must be received in a saleable condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

To return your purchase, you have two options.

1. Postal Returns:

If you would like to return your online purchase, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned goods must be in their original condition. Goods returned with original receipt are eligible for exchange or refund. Where goods are returned with a gift receipt, customers will be offered a credit note or exchange. Postal returns are at the expense of the customer. All returns should be shipped to ‘Unit 37 Stillorgan Village, Lower Kilmacud Road, Co. Dublin, A94 K033, Ireland’. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. 

2. Free Returns to Store

Customers can return their unwanted item to either of our Stillorgan or Kilkenny stores in their original condition within 14 days of purchase for an exchange, credit note or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. 

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may submit a withdrawal request through the form on our website (click here), or contact us using the details below before the withdrawal period expires.

Once your withdrawal request has been received, we will acknowledge receipt of your request without undue delay by email.

Sale & Promotions

Goods purchased at 30% off must be returned within 14 days. Goods returned with original receipt are eligible for exchange or refund. Where goods are returned with a gift receipt, customers will be offered a credit note or exchange. 

Goods purchased at 50% off must be returned within 7 days. Goods returned with original receipt are eligible for exchange or refund. Where goods are returned with a gift receipt, customers will be offered a credit note or exchange. 

Items discounted by 70% or more are excluded from our voluntary returns policy. This does not affect any statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal where applicable.

In addition to these statutory rights, our voluntary returns policy applies to eligible sale items as described above.
