We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with your order. Customers can avail of our quick and simple returns process within 14 days of receiving your order so long as the product is returned in a saleable condition i.e. unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

To return your purchase, you have two options.

1. Postal Returns:

If you would like to return your online purchase, you can do so within 14 days provided goods are in their original condition. Goods returned with original receipt are eligible for exchange or refund. Where goods are returned with a gift receipt, customers will be offered a credit note or exchange. Postal returns are at the expense of the customer. All returns should be shipped to ‘Unit 37 Stillorgan Village, Lower Kilmacud Road, Co. Dublin, A94 K033, Ireland’. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. 

2. Free Returns to Store

Customers can return their unwanted item to either of our Stillorgan or Kilkenny stores in their original condition within 14 days of purchase for an exchange, credit note or refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. 

Sale & Promotions

Goods purchased at 30% off must be returned within 14 days. Goods returned with original receipt are eligible for exchange or refund. Where goods are returned with a gift receipt, customers will be offered a credit note or exchange. 

Goods purchased at 50% off must be returned with 7 days. Goods returned with original receipt are eligible for exchange or refund. Where goods are returned with a gift receipt, customers will be offered a credit note or exchange. 

Sales of goods purchased at 70% off or above are final and may not be returned.
